Since 1987, I’ve lived in Lloydminster.

I come from a family of helpers and hard workers who believe in giving back in meaningful, unifying ways when you can.

The time is right for me to again share my time and talents; this time on City Council.

And since 1998, I've used my life to build confidence in others. 

My very first business in Lloydminster was at the age of 17. I helped fellow students write a resume that showcased their best and get the job the wanted!

I never stopped.  

Every job, position or seat at any community table, I always had the same aim: "To give confidence away."

Today, through my globally-reaching coaching and consulting business, with clients in Canada, the United States and Australia, I use my almost 30-years of confidence-building experience and success-advancing communication. I help people and teams become sure of their direction, define their desires, use their strengths to remove obstacles, and create new breakthrough results for their businesses, families and communities.

I have seen over and over again how people’s lives shift for the better when they grow in confidence; they know what is important to them, they are able to make better decisions, and they influence others from a vision of service.

Confident people create more solutions, share more wins, impact more people and feel great about moving forward.
