It's Pink Shirt Day!

I remember times of being made to feel like an outsider. This happens not just on playgrounds but also in workplaces, meeting rooms and community spaces. It doesn’t feel good.

Today, on Pink Shirt Day in Canada, it’s “an opportunity to collectively stand against bullying and demonstrate a commitment to safe, accepting, inclusive, and equitable schools, work sites, and communities.”

So, I’m wearing my Cool Rose to client and city meetings today.

Let’s all remember that differences are a very good thing, and standing up to show you care about those differences, to me, will never be out of style.
